Returns & Exchange

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Should you handle the product(s) to a greater extent than this, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the diminished value of the product(s) due to such handling.

 

Returns Label within Germany

The return label is provided by email OR as a QR code on the smartphone for download or printing on customers request. ; Contact 

Customers can simply print the label out themselves or get it printed out at any DHL acceptance point via smartphone QR code.  We advise using this label to return your item to us. We will bear the cost of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.

We use DHL Packet for shipments. We will notify you by E-Mail or SMS when we have received your returned items.

Returned items outside Germany

Customers will have to bear the direct cost of returning goods to us if location is outside Germany.  We will notify you by E-Mail or SMS when we have received your returned items.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for all legal notices and information.

 

Defective items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please Contact Us within 14 days of item receipt. Defective or damaged items can be returned free for replacement, as long as item stock is available. Otherwise, a refund would be issued.

 

Exemptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as Facemasks, Underwears: Panties, Braziers and all that has to do with intimate areas. We do not accept these items back because of sanitary and hygiene reasons.
Items on SALES cannot be returned.

 

Condition of Returned items

Items set aside for returns and refunds must still have the original tags on them. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. The items must still be in a new unworn condition as though you had tried them on only for fitting purposes. Obvious residues such as make-up stains or traces of smell / parfum etc makes the item unsaleable for us. If this is the case, we will send the affected item back to the customer and retain the purchase price as compensation. Without the tags on the returned items, we cannot process your refund order.

 

Refunds Credit

When Refunds are successfully processed, a corresponding credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, this normally shows up in the payment method's account within a number of 3-7 working days.

 

 

Exchange

In a bid to promote customer satisfaction, we offer an exchange of items over returns. We provide Customers with three options to fulfill their Refund.
1. By getting a Store credit
2. By The Original Payment Method
3. Through Exchange

In this case, simply contact us using the contact form on this website, Contact. let us know which product you wish to exchange your refund for.
When this is cleared, return the item set for an exchange to us free of charge (please note: free returns is only applicable to orders within Germany). We recommend using the return label inside your package on delivery. Order the desired article from the online shop, as long as the wish article is still available.
